St Andrews Farmhouse Cheese Company is thrilled to announce success in the Scottish Cheese Championships at the Royal Highland Show this week.

St Andrews Farmhouse Cheddar won;

‘Best Scottish Cheddar’

‘Best Cheddar’

‘Best Overall Scottish Cheese’

and ‘Champion Cheese’

The judging was live screened, and this ground breaking event has allowed the Royal Highland and Agriculture Society to promote rural Scotland to a global audience, bringing this year’s ‘virtual’ Show to your living room, office or garden.

Royal Highland Showcase President, Fiona Armstrong, commented…..

“this is one of the most delicious cheddars I have ever, ever tasted”

St Andrews Farmhouse Cheese Company was established in 2008. Based on the family farm near Pittenweem in Fife, the Stewart family use milk from their own herd of cows to produce their range of farmhouse cheeses. Previous accolades for St Andrews Farmhouse Cheddar have included ‘Best Dairy Product in Scotland’ at the Scotland Food and Drink Awards in 2018, and 3 stars in the Great Taste Awards run by the Guild of Fine Food.
