With University graduations called off and the last day of school not quite the same this year, graduating students, and P6 and 6th year pupils are missing out on celebrating their academic achievements. Step in Scottish bakery Fisher & Donaldson! The family business has created a ‘Class of 2020’ buffet platter so that pupils, students and families can celebrate in style at home. Available for delivery in St Andrews, Cupar, Dundee and the surrounding villages, the platters feature filled rolls, savoury pastries and a selection of mini cakes, including their world-famous fudge doughnut and a cupcake with a ‘class of 2020’ edible scroll.

Chloe Milne, Marketing Manager at Fisher & Donaldson, said,

“We can all remember how special that last day of school before summer was, and after years of hard work at University, a graduation ceremony is a really important part of moving forward into the working world. We recognised how sorely missed these occasions would be by pupils and students in our local area and decided to make something extra special so they could celebrate in style at home. We hope these treats will be enjoyed and help make an occasion out of what could have been a disappointing day. After all, there’s no better way to celebrate than with cakes!”

The celebration platters are £8.99 and can be purchased now from the brand new ‘Love St Andrews’ marketplace app or online at

The platters can be delivered on either Fri 26 June or Fri 3 July in the following postcode areas: KY15, KY16 and DD1-DD6, or they can be collected from the bakery’s St Andrews (Church Street) or Cupar (Ceres Road) branches.
