Our Tasting Tayside & Fife 2025 initiative is well and truly on the move!

Following our decision to take a carefully curated selection of local products “on the road” to meet buyers directly in their own shops and businesses, we’re thrilled to report that the visits are going extremely well, with an overwhelmingly positive response from retailers and hospitality businesses across the Tay Cities area & interest exceeding our expectations.

As a result, visits are continuing beyond the original timeline into May and beyond, ensuring we make the most of the demand and give producers every opportunity to connect with potential stockists.

Over the past few weeks, regional coordinators from Great Perthshire, Appetite for Angus, Food from Fife, and Eat & Drink Dundee have been travelling with hand-picked selections from participating producers to farm shops, delis, and other independent retailers.
This tailored approach, first piloted in Angus last year, is proving to be a great way to generate meaningful conversations and build new relationships.

Buyers are appreciating this unique opportunity to connect directly with producers to discuss products further and arrange orders – helping to build lasting relationships and encouraging ongoing collaboration.
