Join us on 24th-25th March with Cyrus Todiwala OBE as he kicks off the Guest Chef Series at Fairmont St Andrews. Experience an unforgettable six-course menu created by the Chef himself in the Squire Restaurant show kitchen. Cyrus will create the dishes in front of your very eyes combined with a unique selection of Bordeaux wines from Lurton Vineyards.  The next day take part in an interactive Master Class that will take you on a journey of combining flavours, spices and ingredients to make the perfect dish.
