Playfair’s Head Chef, Duncan McLachlan has teamed up with Gordon Davidson from Corney and Barrow to put together an amazing wine and cheese tasting. Duncan has selected five Scottish cheeses and Gordon has carefully selected the wines to pair perfectly with each little bite.
