Well known television chef Eadie Manson, who is a senior member of the culinary team at Adam Smith College, recently paid a visit to Puddledub Pork.

Eadie met up with Tom Mitchell at Clentrie Farm, Auchtertool, and in this short film the pair provide an insight into the workings of the thriving business.

Delicious Puddledub products are found in many outlets, including monthly Fife Farmers Markets in Cupar, Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy and St Andrews.

Puddledub’s new butchery concession opened at Dobbies in Dunfermline at the beginning of May.

Tom told “Food from Fife” that the business rears all of its own pork, and sources other meat from trusted local producers.

“We put quality, taste and freshness at the top of our priority list whilst also ensuring the very best animal welfare and customer service,” he said.
