Scotland Food & Drink Forum Network event

At exhibitions and events, you have one chance to stop the customer as they walk past your stand.

Then, within a small amount of time, you have to create a great impression (an X Factor moment!) and take the discussion to the next level. Key messages have to be slick and professional.

For businesses in the food and drink sector, where often one contact can mean a significant stream of revenue, this programme is ideal.

This FREE session is suitable for new exhibitors and also for people who have attended a number of shows in the past but would like to sharpen their skills and check that they are “doing it correctly”

An interactive format ensures all delegates are participants, so have opportunities to practise techniques and basically rehearse for the stand.

You will learn the structure of selling on stands and a range of tips and techniques that will lead to more sales opportunities.

Russell Ferguson, your trainer, works at lots of shows every year and has trained delegates for:

· International Food Expo London;

· Farm Shop & Deli Show 2012;

· Gulfood, Dubai;

· BBC Good Food Show

· ESE Brussels 2011;
