Interface – the knowledge connection for business, is offering a free event in Fife to examine how tourism businesses can meet and exceed the needs of the modern tourist.

The event will look at ‘modern’ visitors to Scotland and their expectations and needs in the digital age.  It will also look at how to make the most of digital tourism for your business benefit and to enhance the visitor experience.

Also addressed will be issues such as limited internet connectivity, to app or not to app, social media and what the future will look like.

Businesses from across the Fife region are invited to attend this essential event for any business working in the tourism sector looking to exploit the exciting opportunities available from digital tourism!

The event, which includes a free lunch,  will take place on from 1100-1530 on March 25 at the Fife Renewables Innovation Centre, Ajax Way, Leven, Fife KY8 3RS
