The hugely popular annual Luvians Wine Fair was packed at the weekend as it moved into St Andrews Town Hall for the very first time.
The fair, the biggest wine event held in Fife, has now been running for 16 years, and 2013 marks the 30th anniversary of trading for Luvians founders Vince, Tony and Luigi Fusaro .
The core philosophy of the business is providing expert advice on extraordinary products at keen prices.
In addition to its wines, Luvians also carries a huge range of whiskies.
From having just two varieties of malt on its opening day it now stocks over 1000- including some of the rarest and most collectable whiskies around.
This year’s fair welcomed several new suppliers, including Lee Evans of Condor Wines, showing off his superb Argentinian range.
Gordon Hughes from Eaux de Vie headed up the fair’s first ever craft gin table, and Paul Miller, founder of the Eden Brewery, brought his great selection of local brews.
Earlier this year Luvians was once again nominated by the International Wine Challenge as one of the UK’s best wine merchants.
