Seasons at Rufflets is celebrating its first birthday when the hotel re-opens after its annual closure and an incredibly busy twelve months both within the restaurant and developing the kitchen garden that supplies the two AA rosette restaurant with fresh seasonal produce.

To celebrate this special milestone, head chef David Kinnes has created a new fixed price lunch menu including a selection of his favourite dishes of the season. Guests will be able to select two courses for £17 or three courses for £20 Monday to Saturday 12 noon – 2pm. The lunch menu will also include a daily changing starter, main course and dessert created using the freshest garden and local ingredients, hand-picked by kitchen brigade.

“We really want to re-connect with St Andrews leisure and business visitors as well as residents to discover more about the long and interesting history of Rufflets, and to experience lunch at Seasons. Our new lunch menu offers exceptional value and guests have the choice of enjoying two or three courses in under an hour or lingering over lunch and exploring the kitchen garden where much of our fresh produce begins its journey” commented Stephen Owen, General Manager. “We are very proud of the fact that we grow much of the fruit, salads, herbs and vegetables destined for the kitchen in our own garden which has seen a dramatic transformation in the last twelve months”. “Guests dining at Seasons are invited to explore the kitchen garden and chat with our gardeners as part of their experience to learn more about the provenance of ingredients grown here at Rufflets,” he added.

Seasons is nestled within the main house at Rufflets, overlooking the award-winning gardens. It’s stylish and intimate setting make it a perfect dining choice for lunch or dinner.
