My most recent trip involved a visit to Pillars of Hercules, the wonderful organic farm near Falkland, where we had a show round with the owner Bruce Bennet, followed by visit to the butchery at Bowhouse on the East Neuk. Where all the meat is produced organically on the surrounding estate. Then we had lunch at The Dory in Pittenweem and after walk around the village we met Sophie who runs the cocoa tree shop and told us all about how she makes her delicious chocolates.
