Nakey - Naked baked goodness that's full of pleasure!
Nakey Bakey was founded and created by Megan who is a personal trainer and lives an active and healthy lifestyle. Nakey Bakey was always an aspiration of Megan's due to her long term health condition called Endometriosis. This was triggered by eating certain foods that made her symptoms very painful. She also has a nut allergy so this was another reason why she wanted to cover all 14 allergens. When she was looking to purchase any products that were free from, she found very little on the market and every one was unhealthy, included high amounts of sugar and had added artificial ingredients or sweeteners.
Megan decided to create from own free from products in her home kitchen which was made from real, natural and healthy ingredients. She wanted the product to have many health benefits being a personal trainer and focusing on health which most other companies don't do. She also wanted it to be low sugar and to help her condition. She wanted to provide this to others and give them a product that tasted delicious but was also benefitted their health at the same time. There is nothing like this on the market and we are one of a kind.
Megan is on a mission to help others eat delicious healthy foods without comprising the taste and to help those who suffer with allergens.
Megan started with granola but it’s not just like any granola, you can have as a snack with yogurt and fruit, as a cereal with milk or even add water and heat it up like porridge. We have the following flavours available
